James is one of our lawyers with experience in commercial dispute resolution, franchising, business law and estate planning. He works with a range of clients from start-ups to established corporations. Our clients love the calm and careful consideration he brings to the practice.
James holds a Bachelor of Arts in Media and Communications and a Juris Doctor from Macquarie University. He is our tallest lawyer, a Pats fan and aspiring barrister with an astounding memory for statistics, making him invaluable to the office trivia team. James spends his spare time reading, running and playing basketball.
Education and Biography
TRAINING
David qualified in February 1993, after obtaining an Honours Degree in Law from Standford University. Since then he has specialised exclusively in family law.
APPROACH
Over the years, David learned that the right approach to his client’s specific needs is the key to success and places great emphasis on ensuring that those needs are met.

With more than 25 years of experience, David deals with all work relating to the breakdown of relationships and the division of the relationship finances.
